DayTick ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how DayTick handles information when you use our mobile application.

DayTick is a fully offline application designed to manage your tasks, notes, and reminders.

We do NOT collect, store, or transmit any personal information. All data you create (tasks, notes, reminders) is saved exclusively on your device using local storage (SharedPreferences).

No data is sent to external servers
No analytics or tracking
No user accounts or authentication
No cloud synchronization

Permissions Used

DayTick requires the following permissions to function properly:

Notifications – To alert you about your reminders and tasks on time
Exact Alarm – To make sure reminders ring exactly at the time you set
Restart Handling – To restore your reminders if your device restarts

No other permissions are required. DayTick does NOT access camera, microphone, location, contacts, external storage, or network/internet.

Data Storage

All your data is stored locally on your device. This data:

Remains on your device only
Is not accessible to other apps
Can be deleted by clearing app data in device settings
Can be deleted using the "Clear Data" option in app settings

Data Deletion

You can delete all your data at any time through the app or device settings. When you delete the app, all data is permanently removed from your device.

Third-Party Services

DayTick does NOT use any third-party services that collect data: no analytics, ads, crash reporting, or cloud storage.

Children’s Privacy

DayTick is safe for all users. We do not knowingly collect any information from children under 13 (or applicable age in your jurisdiction).

Data Security

All your data is stored locally. You are responsible for:

Backing up your data if desired
Protecting your device with a lock screen
Not sharing your device with unauthorized users

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.
